Nobody wants to be on diet and nobody wants to always have to diet to be thin.
We enjoy the foods we eat and may resist dieting because we feel that we make enough sacrifices in other areas of our lives. To boot, the comfort foods we reach for may be the only thing helping us get through our stress-filled day.

Like the sports season, the academic school year is short and students have more than their fair share of coursework and materials to learn so they can pass their exams and graduate.
Stress and pressure to maintain a certain academic standing often leads to anxiety that impairs a student’s ability to focus when studying and during exam time.
